Instructor - skills training (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Nova Wilder Learning Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. You would join a large organisation of about 494 people based in Boston. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about enrolment. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
