Instructor - skills training (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Bridge Health and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about referrals. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in referrals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
