Instructor - skills training (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Cedar Health Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. You would join a large organisation of about 926 people based in Boston. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about electronic records. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in electronic records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
