Instructor - skills training (Baltimore, MD)

Bright North Learning Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on skills training for school calendars, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about school calendars. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in school calendars. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
