Instructor - skills training (Baltimore, MD)

Lumen Sable Auto Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on skills training for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 156 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about parts orders. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in parts orders.
