Instructor - skills training (Baltimore, MD)

Amberfield Junction Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Baltimore, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about meal programmes. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in meal programmes. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
