Instructor - skills training (Baltimore, MD)

Amberfield Wren Care Services is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on skills training for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
