Instructor - skills training (Baltimore, MD)

Redstone Yarrow Inspection Services is an inspection company in Baltimore with field technicians and lab staff, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client sites. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in client sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
