Instructor - skills training (Baltimore, MD)

Cedar Ivory Care Services supports families and individuals in Baltimore with personal care and coordination, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about visit scheduling. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
