Instructor - skills training (Austin, TX)

Clearpath Basin Health provides primary and specialty care in Austin, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about insurance authorisations. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in insurance authorisations. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
