Highbridge Beacon Staffing is a Atlanta staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about onboarding. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
