Instructor - skills training (Atlanta, GA)

Rivermark Ashton Care Services is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on skills training for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about care plans. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in care plans. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
