Instructor - skills training (Atlanta, GA)

Bluepeak Quill Inspection Services is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on skills training for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 748 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about field inspections. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in field inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
