Instructor - skills training (Atlanta, GA)

Greenridge Corner Medical designs and makes medical devices in Atlanta. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about production lots. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in production lots. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
