Instructor - skills training (Atlanta, GA)

Rivermark Corner Medical is a Atlanta company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about training materials. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in training materials. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
