Instructor - skills training (Atlanta, GA)

Lumen Nest Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Atlanta region. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. You would join a small organisation of about 178 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client orders. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in client orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
