Instructor - skills training (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Nest Staffing Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about onboarding. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in onboarding. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
