Instructor - skills training (Anchorage, AK)

Ironwood Bright Staffing Group places workers with employers around Anchorage. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. You would join a small organisation of about 183 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about retention. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in retention. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
