Instructor - skills training (Anchorage, AK)

Harborlight Corner Learning Group is an education provider in Anchorage serving students and families. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about attendance records. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in attendance records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
