Instructor - skills training (Anchorage, AK)

Highbridge Umber Health is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on skills training for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about referrals. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in referrals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
