Instructor - skills training (Anchorage, AK)

Bright Quill Health Group is a healthcare provider in Anchorage with clinics and support teams. We are hiring an Instructor to take on skills training. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about referrals. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in referrals. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
