Instructor - skills training (Anchorage, AK)

Rivermark Granite Staffing Group connects candidates and employers across the Anchorage region, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client orders. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in client orders. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
