Instructor - skills training (Albuquerque, NM)

Amberfield Ashton Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Albuquerque, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. You would join a small organisation of about 196 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about care plans. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in care plans. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
