Instructor - skills training (Albuquerque, NM)

Greenridge Lantern Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Albuquerque area, and we need an Instructor to lead our skills training. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about school calendars. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in school calendars. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
