Instructor - onboarding programmes (Wichita, KS)

Greenridge Lantern Medical designs and makes medical devices in Wichita, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of about 561 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinical evaluations. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
