Instructor - onboarding programmes (Wichita, KS)

Bright Cedar Inspection Services is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about test reports. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in test reports. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
