Instructor - onboarding programmes (Wichita, KS)

Bright Ember Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Wichita area. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 138 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about enrolment. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
