Instructor - onboarding programmes (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Fernwood River Learning Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of about 817 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about learning materials. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in learning materials. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
