Instructor - onboarding programmes (Wichita, KS)

Redstone Pine Staffing is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about candidate screening. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in candidate screening. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
