Instructor - onboarding programmes (Wichita, KS)

Westbrook Umber Inspection Services Group tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Wichita. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about certifications. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in certifications. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
