Instructor - onboarding programmes (Virginia Beach, VA)

Silverline Haven Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Virginia Beach, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of about 942 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about training materials. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in training materials. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
