Instructor - onboarding programmes (Virginia Beach, VA)

Silverline Loom Staffing is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for timekeeping, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about timekeeping. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in timekeeping. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
