Instructor - onboarding programmes (Virginia Beach, VA)

Nova Maple Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Virginia Beach. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about classroom supplies. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in classroom supplies. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
