Instructor - onboarding programmes (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Maple Early Learning and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 81 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about classroom supplies. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
