Instructor - onboarding programmes (Tulsa, OK)

Foxglove Summit Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Tulsa, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about customer estimates. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in customer estimates. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
