Instructor - onboarding programmes (Tulsa, OK)

Rivermark Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Tulsa. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client sites. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in client sites. • Teaching credential or training certificate.
