Instructor - onboarding programmes (Toledo, OH)

Amberfield Cobalt Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Toledo area. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. Families are partners. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about school calendars. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in school calendars. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
