Instructor - onboarding programmes (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Sparrow Care Services and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about care plans. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
