Instructor - onboarding programmes (Toledo, OH)

Northwind Ridge Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Toledo. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing records. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
