Instructor - onboarding programmes (Tampa, FL)

Silverline Amber Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Tampa, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about classroom supplies. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
