Instructor - onboarding programmes (Tampa, FL)

Cedar Amber Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Tampa. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 152 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinical evaluations. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in clinical evaluations. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
