Instructor - onboarding programmes (Tampa, FL)

Ironwood Meadow Auto Group Partners serves drivers and dealerships across the Tampa region. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 91 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about service appointments. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in service appointments. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
