Instructor - onboarding programmes (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Orchard Care Services and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 140 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in family communication. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
