Instructor - onboarding programmes (St. Louis, MO)

Amberfield Clear Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around St. Louis, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 158 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about scheduling. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
