Instructor - onboarding programmes (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Rowan Health and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient scheduling. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
