Instructor - onboarding programmes (St. Louis, MO)

Highbridge Oak Health is a healthcare provider in St. Louis with clinics and support teams, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient scheduling. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
