Instructor - onboarding programmes (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Northwind Amber Early Learning and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in family communication. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
