Instructor - onboarding programmes (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Summit Basin Health and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 147 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about referrals. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in referrals. • Teaching credential or training certificate.
