Instructor - onboarding programmes (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Amber Auto Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about parts orders. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in parts orders. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
