Instructor - onboarding programmes (Spokane, WA)

Lumen Corner Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Spokane, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing records. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in licensing records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
